Modern manufacturing techniques mean products contain the colours and markings that you would expect from real materials in a highly detailed finish. As well as giving you a varied range to choose from, it makes luxury vinyl flooring an attractive but cost-effective alternative to real materials.
With a solid finish, LVT flooring is robust and tends to be resistant against dirt, minor scratches and other impacts. This makes it an ideal choice if you are looking for a long-lasting floor that will handle more regular footfall. Some products also feature a special finish that helps to make them resistant to moisture and less slippery when wet.
Luxury vinyl tiles are relatively easy to fit. Many products now feature a click design, which makes the use of adhesive optional. This means they are good for use in areas with underfloor heating as there is no glue that could melt.
